Boston has an interim coach in Joe Mazzulla, but it still has most of the same players that went to the NBA Finals last season. They also added players such as Malcolm Brogdon and Danilo Gallinari to shore up their depth. Boston owns one of the top defenses in the league and Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum will continue to be prolific scorers. Philadelphia still is searching for that elusive title following years of rebuilding, and the 76ers hope James Harden hasn't seen his best years and can average more than the 21 points per game in 37.7 minutes he did last season. The Sixers also added some players such as P.J. Tucker and De'Anthony Melton, who have looked good on the defensive end in the preseason. The last time the teams met was in February and the Celtics buried the Sixers by 48 points, 135-87. Philadelphia finished last season 3-12-1 ATS on the road and the Sixers are a slight underdog in this game. Take the Celtics to cover.
