Top pick: #2 (KUROGANE) - Colt was an impressive maiden winner in his seasonal debut My 7 and that was his first since he finished 3rd in his debut last Nov. Home-bred trained in Florida over the winter and also at Keeneland before his winning effort. May have some real talent and we'll know a lot more about him after tonight.
2nd pick: #4 (Control) - Gelding showed some ability last fall and trained in Florida with the rest of the Casse string this past winter. Home-bred ran 2nd here at this level in his seasonal debut May 8 and should like this 1 1/8th mile trip, as he appears to be the type that can "run all day".
