Valparaiso has become a consistently elite mid-major over the past seven seasons, posting 22 wins or more in six of them, and have already reached the 22-win mark this season at 22-6. They win the games they are supposed to win and often get the money as they are 7-2 ATS in their last nine as a chalk of -8.5 or more. Wisconsin-Milwaukee has had some strong teams in the past, but consistency has been an issue as they have followed up their last three seasons with 20+ wins with a losing season, and again this year at 8-20.
