The Mets have crushed LHP this season and they are off a 6-0 whitewashing of the Nats. John Maine delivered two blanks againstthe Nats in starts last year. Washington is just 1-10 in their last 11 games, averaging just over 2.5 runs in their last eight. Matt Chico is certainly not of the caliber Maine is, and neither is the Nat's pen or lineup. The Mets have outscored their opponents by 42-9 this season when they win and we expect a convincing one here.
