Wagner at St. Bonaventure

Wagner is a fine team, the Northeast Conference regular season champions. They have a strong punch inside and out with 6-3 sophomore Corey Henson (13.7 ppg), 6-5 junior Michael Carey (12.6 ppg, 9.4 rpg) and 6-8 senior Mike Aaman (8 ppg, 5.4 rpg). Wagner has great balance, fourth in the conference in points scored, tops in scoring margin (+6.5), and second in free throws and tops in field goal shooting defense allowing .407%. Early in the season they gave St. John's and Seton Hall tough games in back-to-back contests. St. Bonaventure suffered a 90-86 overtime loss in the first round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament to Davidson.
