Top pick: #8 (HAYAKU JOSAN) (3-1) - Lightly raced filly takes a big drop in price, shortens up in distance, and owner/trainer Eric Kruljac races her on the dirt for the first time. Scott Stevens stays put, and this Florida-bred looks set for a big effort.

2nd pick: #5 (Fast Maggie) (7-2) - In the high percentage barn of Mike Chambers, filly has early speed, and last out finished third after a wide trip at this tag & trip. Strong factor.

3rd pick: #1 (Silver N Sassy) (5-2) - She ships from So. California, and runs for the first time for Bob Diodoro (an 18% winning angle). She has some speed, the rail post, and filly has been competitive in two of three on conventional dirt.

4th pick: #6 (Susanita) (10-1) - She lost all chances in her local debut when filly "ducked in" at the gap just out of the six-furlong chute. Cal-bred has blinkers added, and was improving when she left Golden Gate Fields for Arizona.
