St. Joseph's defeated Davidson, 61-60, on Jan. 15, and now the Hawks are getting double digits in the rematch. St. Joseph's blew out St. Louis by 30 points while shooting 55.9 percent and then went out and lost to St. Bonaventure while shooting 29.1 percent. Davidson lost at Massachusetts, 54-51, as a 7.5-point favorite before covering at Fordham, 79-69. St. Joseph's is 20-6 ATS its last 26 games after losing by at least 10 points at home, and the Hawks are 9-2-1 ATS their last 12 games after losing by at least 20 points dating to last season. Charlie Brown, Jr. leads the Hawks with 19.9 points per game. Look for the Hawks to bounce back from a poor shooting performance and to also stay within the number. Take St. Joseph's plus the points. Also, take them to win this game outright at nice odds of close to 5-to-1. The Hawks actually score more per game away from home than at home, and again, they did beat Davidson last month. Under the Friday night lights, the Hawks are 29-15 straight-up under head coach Phil Martelli. Meanwhile, under Bob McKillop, the Wildcats have dropped over 47-units for bettors as a big favorite of -550 or more. I think the Hawks have a shot at the shocker here, so let's go both spread and moneyline.
