(# 8) MT. ORIENT - Like the way he's moving forward both in his figures and the way he's going about things. Beaten by the hedge runner two back, he put in a nice kick last out to get the money late. Appears to be enough speed signed on here, and he needs to work out a trip of some sort.

(# 2 ) Lemon Shore - Nice job by trainer Clement to have him cranked up off a years hiatus. Got a nice clean trip and won powerfully. Draws the tricky hedge, and needs to avoid the inevitable shuffle that happens around the far turn.

(# 9) The Cuban Hawk - Drops way down in class and distance. May get a nice clear trip either on or just off the leaders. Think he has a very good chance.

(# 10) Wild Quake. - If he runs, he'll be the meets first repeat starter. Stumbled in that race, but still showed fine speed to mid-stretch. He's 1 for 1 in turf sprints, and would expect him to be in it all-the-way.
