Top pick: #3 (WITH THE BREEZE) (3-1) - Very lightly raced gelding is racing on conventional dirt and around two-turns, both for the first time. Stalker has been competitive in all three appearances and is working fast locally for his first on the dirt.

2nd pick: #4 (Rolo Tamaci) (9-2) - He's another that's lightly raced and is stretching out in distance. He ran evenly last out in a sprint here at this level April 25. Contest had a strong field and the 'red hot' Baltas barn has worked him twice since. It's a plus that Bejarano stays aboard.

3rd pick: #6 (Storm Comin Thru) (5-1) - He's raced evenly in both starts since coming off a 6 1/2 month layoff March 13. Working very fast for this, trainer Doug O'Neill switches him from turf to dirt and stretches him back out in distance.

4th pick: #2 (Old Man Lake) (2-1) - Veteran has five lifetime wins with the balance of the field totaling six. He was a winner here for a $12.5K tag April 2 and was claimed that day by Raf Becerra. He ran both wide and evenly while checking in 4th at this level going 8.5-furlongs April 26 in his first for the new barn. An obvious factor, but at a short price.
