2nd pick: #9 (Sixes) (6-1) - Speedy gelding chased and held to finish a close up 3rd when debuting here at this trip a bit over a year ago. He's only raced twice since, and has tired in each. Racing for the first time since Oct. 21, he has a fine series of works showing. Can factor at a square price.
3rd pick: #10 (Conqueror) (8-1) - NEW gelding cost $350,000 as a yearling back in August of 2014. On the shelf since June 19, he comes here from Woodbine, and 4yo has a new trainer (Vlad Cerin). Working well, and Cerin is having a very strong meet.
4th pick: #5 (Gotnoquit) (6-1) - Unraced since Dec. 17, he's moving back to the grass after a poor effort that afternoon on the Los Alamitos dirt. Competitive in three straight on the turf prior to that, and he's yet another that has a good morning work tab on view.
