Saint Peter's at La Salle

The La Salle Explorers have scheduled four "easy" wins to start the season. Although they have navigated the first two and are 2-0, it has not been easy. La Salle struggled against Quinnipiac in a 2-point win on the road, and had a hard time with Colgate in just a 5-point win at home. The offense has been a huge issue as only Jordan Price is scoring in double-digits, but he is shooting just 27.6% and a woeful 8.3% from beyond the arc. When your top scorer is struggling, and with few other options, games tend to get tight late when they otherwise shouldn't. St. Peter's is 0-3 to start the season, but have knocked on the door in each of their last two, losing by 1 and 2 points. The Peacocks have kept the tempo slow, and a La Salle offense in a game with limited possessions is going to struggle to cover a relatively big number. Play the points on St. Peter's.
