Everytime the Phillies wheel out Roy Halladay to start a game, the oddsmakers take notice and there is a big bump in the line. The numbers get bigger while the Phillies offense gets smaller without the services of Howard and Uggla where they have produced three runs or less in nine of their 14 games this season and are a .500 team. The Padres have dropped four straight games, but Luebke has been a good option in the rotation where he has pitched to a 3.71 ERA.  The Padres are now 7-3 when he takes the ball after his team scored two or less in their last game.  He has also led the Padres to the win in four of his last five outings vs. the NL East.
