Pennsylvania at The Citadel

The Citadel is a very solid 5-1 at home this year but they just haven't played anyone. This is their first real test as Penn has much more talent. But, Penn isn't used to this big favorite role, especially on the road. In the one game they were laying double digits this year, they got a 5 point win but failed to cover against Siena in their opener. Penn is better but not this much better. Citadel gets up for this one and keeps it close for one star.
