Top pick: #10 (GIANT FEAT) - Son of "Giant's Causeway" has fine early speed and last out he tired at this tag in a field that was much tougher on paper than this one. Trainer Scott Lake will cut him back a furlong today and he's the top pick, and at a nice price.
2nd pick: #6 (Dirt Track Demon) - He's been entered twice here and scratched by trainer Ed Auwarter as he looks for the perfect spot. New York-bred has excellent early speed and if he runs will be racing in a career soft spot. Working fine locally and a win candidate if he runs.
3rd pick: #8 (Fly Straight) - Gelding has been freshened up for the past 7 weeks by trainer Patty Farro after a pair of third place finishes here at this price. Fits, and should get a fast pace to rally into.
