Colorado looked dead in the water before scoring two late goals and pulling out a 2-1 win in Game 5 to keep its hopes alive while cutting the series deficit to 3-2. Gabriel Landeskog scored the tying goal with 4:11 remaining and then Sven Andrighetto scored the game-winner with 1:28 left. The real star of the game was Avalanche goalie Andrew Hammond, who had 44 saves in his first playoff start in three years as he filled in for injured goalies Jonathan Bernier and Semyon Varlamov. Bernier is questionable for this game and Varlamov is out, but the Avalanche appears to be in good hands with Hammond. Colorado has won 20 of its last 27 home games. The UNDER is 8-2-1 in Nashville's last 11 games against an opponent that scored two or fewer goals its previous game. Pekka Rinne has a 2.31 goals-against average and .927 save percentage for the Predators. Friday's win was a big momentum-builder for Colorado, and look for a similar effort on Sunday.
