Los Angeles at Golden State

Do we really have a team that is 13-31 on the season, a team that is giving up 112 points per game, laying double-digits? Yes we do and we're jumping on the other side. Golden State has allowed 115 per game over their last five and nearly 120 per game this season in division games. Sure, the Clippers have their own problems. But, their defense is MUCH better than Golden State's. The Clippers allow 101.9 per game on the road and over their last five games, they have averaged 99 per game allowed. The last time these teams met, the Warriors laid an 18 point beat down on the Clips and while some will look at that and say that's a reason to lay the points on Golden State, I say it means revenge is in order and Los Angeles will play hard. The Warriors have seen 12 games this season with lines of 8.5 or more. Problem is, they were underdogs in every single one. The biggest line they have laid as a favorite was -7.5 very early in the season and they lost that game outright. The next biggest favorites? -6 vs. Oklahoma City and -5.5 vs. Sacramento. Both of those were also losses both SU and ATS! Let's call a spade a spade. Golden State laying 10 points is simply a mistake. I'll take the Clips plus the points.
