Top pick: #5 (MAJESTIC CITY) - West Coast invader is a neck shy of being defeated as he lost the Del Mar Futurity (G1) by that margin after winning his first three starts in easy fashion. Working nicely for his first outside of California and like many entered he'll be racing around two-turns for the first time. Speed/stalker gets the call in a contentious edition of this famous race.
2nd pick: #7 (Shared Property) - He's undeftaed in two starts and last out won the Arlington-Washington Futurity (G3) in his first facing winners. Has a strong closing kick, the distance shouldn't pose any problem, and he's working nicely for this.
3rd pick: #14 (Gung Ho) - He's improving and last out won a $150K stakes on the Louisiana Downs turf Sept. 10. Home-bred by "Kitten's Joy" is working fast on the Churchill training track and is a stretch threat if he can work out a trip from this marooned post.
4th pick: #9 (Our Entourage) - $350,000 son of "Street cry" ships in from Belmont where he broke his maiden on the grass at this distance Sept. 17. In the Pletcher barn, obviously improving, and is a threat if he takes to this synthetic surface.
