Jacksonville at Atlanta

Despite a 1-2 preseason thus far, the Jacksonville Jaguars have managed to out-score their three opponents by two points. Looking at last year's Super Bowl teams, New England and Atlanta, are a combined 1-5 in the NFL Preseason. A likely reason is that teams boasting a good to finish 2016, don't come into 2017 with a lot of question marks. As a result,  the non-starters are getting most of the time on the field. The coaches then tend to work around a solid core, and take a longer look at the edge of the roster.. Game 4 will likely be even more of that, and I don't see a Falcons team that has averaged fewer than 16 points per game in their first three even reaching those numbers. Make the play on the UNDER.
