Houston at Texas

The defending Champion Houston Astros are in a very competitive AL this year with four teams playing better than .600 baseball. Houston is 55-31 on the season, and come in having lost three straight in Tampa Bay. I tend to think that this team is going to be playing with a chip on their shoulder as they open a series in Texas. The Rangers have played better recently, but three of their last four opponents have been Kansas City, San Diego, and the White Sox - three of the worst teams in the league. The Rangers have not fared well against .500 or better teams on the season where they are 19-32 against them. Houston rarely goes through a period of extended losing, and a three-game slide ensures that they show up tonight. Take Houston.
