TO WIN: #8 RATE OF RETURN Exchange Rate colt wasn't ridden hard after hesitating at the break in debut here at Gulfstream last month and was claimed from that race. Came back at today's distance adding lasix and blinkers and despite another slow start got up for the win at 9-1. Colt was also claimed last out by trainer Robert Barbara who has done quite well with his haltered horses winning at a solid clip of 15%. Barn spots this colt well coming back at same 6 1/2 furlong distance in condition claiming event and look for him to find the winner's circle once again with a positive rider change to Prado
