Livan Hernandez has gotten shelled of late giving up 12 earned runs in his last three starts lasting a total of just 14.7 innings. He's just 6-8 on the season including an 11-3 loss to these Marlins in early May. Washington is only 6-12 this season as a home favorite if you can believe it (3-10 as a favorite of -125 to -175). I like the Marlins to carry the momentum from their 18-9 win last night into this game and pull off the upset win.
