(# 3) ALPHA LUCKY - Miller off to a sizzling start at this meet. This runner comes here by way of Tampa and Arlington, where he ran well on their Poly-surface. Has speed, and would expect him to be on or just off the lead around the first turn.

(# 7) Barclay Drive - Puype gelding by the legendary Cozzene, has figures that would win this. Seems to like the poly track, and is training forwardly for this. By the training pattern, he would seem to like a 4-6 week gap between starts, and that is the case today.

(# 2) A Toast To Tanner - Tries hard every time, and this race has many more questionable runners than not. His consistency and racing fitness should not be overlooked.

(# 6) Lendell - Appears to be learning what the game is all about. Improving sort just broke his maiden runnin on a poly surface for the first time. Brazilian bred is in a good barn (Paulo Lobo), and is training well for his first start against winners, and first try in two months. Barn has good numbers with this range layoff.
