2nd pick: #2 (Cast a Doubt) - Another who's shown some speed in two starts facing better and the Bonde barn will race him "tagged" for the first time. Gelding has a bullet half-mile drill here July 21wst and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #7 (He's a Bandit) - He raced evenly when debuting at Hollywood June 19 and was 5 lengths off of "Toe" at the finish. Freshened-up since then, his trainer (Kristen Mulhall)wins at a 31% rate 2nd time out. Price Play.

He may have worked in company with Sheza a Great Friend who was in today's 2nd race and finished 5 lengths off of that runner if that was the case.
