Speedball earned a career best figure and by far the highest any of these has reached to date. He moves up just a bit and will be very tough with a repeat of his latest.
2nd pick: #5 (Royal Trump) (6-1) - Recent maiden winner looked sharp in a handy wire-to-wire score here Nov. 2. Improving and I like that they bring him back quickly. A threat at a square price.
3rd pick: #4 (Midnight Run) (8-1) - Another who broke his maiden last out, colt has a good late kick in a contest where the pace should be fast/and or contested. Stretch threat.
4th pick: #3 (Neighbor Bully) (7-2) - Busy colt is already making his seventh start since debuting July 7. Stalker is improving but was 3.5 lengths in back of 'Warrior's Lullaby' last out. Capable of getting a share.
