Runs third back off a 5 1/2 month layoff and showed considerable improvement in his second back. Son of "Red Ransom" is working sharlpy and can take this at a square price.
2nd pick: #2 (Suggestive) - Lightly-raced Argentine import went (6-4-1-0) in his native country and all four of his wins there came in Group 1 stakes. He finished second at Hollywwod in the Shoemaker Mile (G1) June 30th in his first sart since Oct. 15 and first in this country. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Midnight Interlude) - He hasn't raced since finishing a close-up fourth in the (G2) Oak Tree Derby last October at santa Anita. Son of "War Chant" had missed by a nose here in the Del Mar Derby (G2) in his previous start and trainer Bob Baffert has him working fast for his reutrn.
