Chicago at Washington

The Chicago Sky have played with authority at home, but have laid down like lambs on the road where they are 3-9 on the season. Their problem is an offense that continues to put up a stinker in at least one quarter of the game, and it usually is decisive against them. Their last seven road games show them scoring 8 points or less in a quarter four times, and 11 points or less seven times. It is extremely difficult to win like that. Meanwhile, the Washington Mystics are a much-improved team, and continue to be undervalued by the oddsmakers as winners of just five games on the season, but covering seven of their last eight.
