Chicago at Los Angeles

This is not last year's version of the Chicago White Sox, the team that lost 99 games, far from it. The Pale Hose have improved in all areas of the game and own a .500 record on the season. The Dodgers king-sized payroll, loaded with stars, has not played well all season, and they stand at just two games over .500. In fact, a Chicago win here would leave these teams dead even. Los Angeles has been horrible at home where they are 12-17 on the season, and Clayton Kershaw has missed time and has pitched no better than White Sox starter Jose Quintana. Quintana went eight scoreless innings in his only start vs. Los Angeles, and should be feeling confident here as the Sox are also 24-11 in his last 35 starts if he is off a quality start hs last time out. The Dodgers are 0-5 in Kershaw's last five starts on regular four days rest. Make the play on Chicago.
