Buffalo at Dallas

We rode Dallas to a 5-unit underdog play victory on Sunday. We'll fade them here however on another big play. The Sabres have lost eight straight road games so what are we thinking? We think that streak, combined with an embarrassing 6-2 loss to Phoenix on Monday will motivate Buffalo to bring it all tonight. The linesmakers seem to agree with us as we have a relatively small line here considering Buffalo's bad run, their 8-17 road record and Dallas' great 15-10 home record. Dallas can score but Buffalo can too and they can win the shootouts. The Sabres are 104-64 the past three seasons vs. teams that score 2.9+ goals per game. We like Buffalo's motivation here and we'll back them to get the upset win.
