Working fast for her return, and she has a fine record on synthetic surfaces (6-3-2-0). Capable at this distance, and she completes a strong hand from the Ellis barn.
3rd pick: #7 (Winding Way) (5-1) - Very lightly raced filly won her first three starts, and hasn't raced since early Oct. when she didn't handle the Santa Anita dirt. All three wins are synthetic surfaces, and she's working fast for her return.
4th pick: #2 (Conkate) (20-1) - Longshot has been sharp this year facing weaker (6-2-1-2), and will be moving from the turf back to the all weather. Can grab a small share at a big price.
