Winnipeg is off a nice 3-0 win over the Islanders on the road. Ondrej Pavelec stopped all 34 shots he faced, and Evander Kane was outstanding on offense. They've won three of four games, allowing just 4 goals in the last three games while the offense has scored 16 goals the last four. All three wins were as a dog of +170, +130 and +130. The Jets are 7-2 in their last nine vs. the Atlantic Division. They take on a struggling New Jersey squad that has a .500 home record and has lost three of the last four games, even losing 5-3 as a -140 favorite. New Jersey has little offense, ranked No. 25 in goals scored with a bad power play and sub-par defense (No. 21 in goals against). And winger Ilya Kovalchuk suffered a lower body injury the last game and is questionable, a key concern. The Devils are 2-5 in their last seven overall, so grab the visitors. Play the dog here and take Winnipeg.
