Carter Hart is likely in net with a 9-6-1 record and 2.42 GAA and he has won his past three starts while giving up just four goals, including a 5-2 win against Colorado on Saturday when he had 36 saves. Washington has been streaky recently and it had lost three straight before winning its past two against the New York Rangers and Chicago. Philadelphia has won five of six as a favorite of -110 to -150, and it has won the past two meetings although this is the first one this season. Take the Flyers as a Max Play.
