Ottawa is on a scoring spree which is why we see a total pushing 7 here. But Washington tends to play UNDER on the road vs. good teams. The last two seasons they are 28-16 UNDER the past two seasons away from home vs. teams averaging 30+ shots per game. They are also 22-11 UNDER on the road after allowing 3+ goals for two straight games. Ottawa can't keep this level of scoring up and we'll look for this one to come in UNDER the lofty total.
