Washington at Florida

Washington has played poorly most of the season, but has turned it up a notch by winning six of their last eight. They have done a good job defending on the road where they have allowed just 16 goals in their last seven games at just over 2 per contest. It has been since last March when the Panthers recorded three straight wins, so I expect this one to be an intense battle of a pair of teams that have struggled. But as both teams are playing very well recently, that usually turns defensive. Washington has a long history of turning to their defense after scoring 2 or less in their last game, as they are 59-28-8 in their last 95 to the UNDER after doing so. The Panthers have played 6-1-1 to the UNDER in their last eight, so play the UNDER in this one.
