Chicago is heading towards their first division title in 17 years. The Capitals are having an outstanding year as well, but they are slumping right now having lost three in a row on the road and five of nine overall. They have already clinched the Southeast and own a 14-point cushion over Pittsburgh for the Eastern Conference #1 seed so it's not big surprise to see them let off the gas a bit. Fifteen of their 23 losses have come on the road where their defense just isn't very good (3.1 goals per game allowed). They are facing a team here that wins on average by 1.2 goals per game at home. I like Chicago, the more motivated team, and certainly the equal of Washington here at home, to get it done.
