Vegas has had COVID protocol problems the last couple weeks and it finally got to them as the Golden Knights spoiled a great effort by goalie Marc-Andre Fleury and lost 1-0 to Anaheim on Thursday. Fleury is expected in net again tonight and he owns a 1.68 goals-against average and .929 save percentage this season and that compares to 4.09 and .865 for San Jose's probable starter, Martin Jones. The Knights still are just one point out of first place in the West Division and they have won three of the last four meetings with San Jose, which was Pete DeBoer's previous team before becoming the Golden Knights' coach. Vegas is 13-5 its last 18 games after scoring two or fewer goals their previous game and 8-3 its last 11 games as a favorite. The Sharks are 2-8 their last 10 with one day of rest. Play the Golden Knights.
