Vegas at Nashville

Vegas is hitting on all cylinders winning five in a row while getting solid play on both ends of the ice. The Golden Knights have allowed only 10 goals their past five games following a 5-3 victory over Chicago on Friday night. Victor Olofsson scored twice and Pavel Dorofeyev scored a go-ahead power-play goal with 3:10 remaining to win it for the Knights. Ilya Samsonov will get the start tonight in this back-to-back spot after Adin Hill had 18 saves last night. Samsonov is 16-9-3 woth a 2.89 goals-against average with two shutouts this season. This is a revenge game for Vegas, which lost the first meeting 5-3 in January. Nashville has lost six of eight, including 3-2 to St. Louis on Thursday. The Predators are 9-1 UNDER their past 10 games and they failed to score more than one goal in five of them. Vegas has won nine of 11 against teams that scored two or fewer goals their previous game.
