Akira Schmid was the Knights' goalie in that game, and he is expected to start tonight with a 9-1-2 record. Schmid owns a 2.32 goals-against average and a .905 save percentage with one shutout this season. Anaheim is 2-8 in the third game of a 3-in-4 days situation, and it comes off a 3-2 loss to Ottawa. The Ducks have cooled off lately, losing four of six after winning seven in a row. They have scored 13 goals in six games.
