Utah at Florida

Both Utah and Florida are playing well, but both are fatigued in this matchup. Utah lost 2-0 in Tampa Bay last night. The Mammoth were held off the scoreboard despite the Lightning missing three of their best defensemen. The last time Utah played without rest was back on Dec. 17. The Panthers are home for only the second time since Jan. 4. They are in action for the fourth time in six days following a three-game road sweep that concluded with a 5-1 win against the Blackhawks this past Sunday. That game was 1-1 five minutes into the third period. Don't look for a fast-paced game here, given the team's situations. Utah is allowing the sixth-fewest goals per game (2.8) and the fifth-fewest shots against (25.6). Even after finishing with five goals against Chicago, the Panthers are still averaging 2.5 goals a game in regulation over their last four games. Florida's defense ranks sixth in fewest shots allowed on goal and is in the top 10 in penalty killing. The Panthers have permitted only five goals in their last three games despite two of those matchups going past regulation. Take the UNDER.
