Tampa Bay at Florida

This Battle of Florida has become extremely intense as both the Lightning and Panthers have ascended, with one or the other reaching the Stanley Cup Final each of the past six years. This is the first regular-season meeting between the two teams. They did play one another in their final preseason game on Oct. 4. That game ended with an unbelievable 16 ejections, 65 penalties, and 322 penalty minutes. The teams will approach this game more cautiously, as it is the regular season. Tampa Bay has to be especially careful. The Lightning have been hit hard by injuries to some of their key point producers. Ryan McDonagh is out. Victor Hedman and Anthony Cirelli are questionable. Both teams have above-average defenses and are expected to start their best goalies, Andrei Vasilevskiy for Tampa Bay and Sergei Bobrovsky for Florida. Take the UNDER.
