St. Louis is unbeaten but in a difficult situational spot in the second of a back-to-back road contests after a 3-2 shootout win at the Islanders last night. It's also the second game of a four-game trek. St. Louis is dealing with a lot of injuries and backup goalie Carter Hutton gets the nod tonight. The New York Rangers play nine of their first 11 at home. They are rested, coming off a 2-0 win over Montreal Sunday as Henrik Lundqvist turned aside 34 shots for his 62nd career shutout.
