St. Louis had its eight-game winning streak snapped with a 4-2 loss at New Jersey on Friday while the Blackhawks were embarrassed by lowly Detroit, losing 2-1. Chicago is dealing with several injuries to its defensemen, and it has lost the first three meetings this season with the Blues, including 6-5 on Feb. 25. Chicago goalie Corey Crawford had won four starts in a row before losing on Friday, although he can't be blamed for that one as he stopped 23 of 25 shots. St. Louis has won five straight versus the Western Conference, and the Blackhawks have lost five of six versus the Central Division. Play the Blues.
