Pittsburgh at Winnipeg

Both of these teams are playing back-to-backs after winning on the road last night, but Winnipeg gets home ice tonight and has won three in a row following Saturday's 3-2 overtime victory at Chicago. The Jets came back from a two-goal deficit to win on Mark Scheifele's goal 47 seconds into overtime and Connor Hellebuyck had 27 saves. The Jets won the first meeting this season, 4-1, at Pittsburgh on Tuesday, and they have won seven of their last nine with no rest dating to last season. Also, Winnipeg is 69-32 its last 101 home games. The Penguins are suffering numerous injuries, including to Evgeni Malkin, Nick Bjugstad, Alex Galchenyuk, and Bryan Rust and still managed a 7-4 win over winless Minnesota, but doing it two nights in a row will be a different story. Goalie Tristan Jarry is expected to make his first start of the season for the Penguins after appearing in just two games last year. Play the Jets.
