Philadelphia at Colorado

When it comes to NHL totals, 6-6.5 is usually the top of the heap. Colorado and Philadelphia will play to that high total tonight. It has been an empty season for Philadelphia, but one encouraging sign is they have been able to find the net of late. That has led to a 7-4 mark to the OVER, and the Flyers are averaging three goals per contest over their last 11. When you look closer, they have dropped seven of those games despite decent and consistent scoring. The problem is they are allowing just about four goals per contest. Colorado is unlikely to have full focus on the defensive end vs. a weak Flyer's team, but it will also likely have their way on the offensive end. This series has seen 10 of the last 17 top the total, and I think they will add another tonight. Make the play on the OVER.
