Philadelphia managed a very rare win at Tampa Bay on the 28th. No pun intended but Lightning won't strike twice here. It was just their ninth win out of 37 this season and their only win in the month of December! This team manages just 2.4 goals per game and gives up 3.8. Carolina is tough at home where they win on average by a 3.6 - 2.9 score. After seeing what Philly did to Tampa Bay, they won't take the Flyers lightly. Carolina is 52-20 at home over the past two seasons and should roll here in a big way.
