Philadelphia at Boston

If the regular season ended today the Philadelphia Flyers would be the number six seed in the Eastern Conference. The Boston Bruins are in a group of three teams in the East that have 90 or more standing points. Things have not gone as well for the Bruins as we head down the stretch, as they are a pedestrian 7-10 in their last 17 games. The Bruins have been leaky in front of the net as 12 of their last 17 opponents have struck for three or more goals. The Flyers have been treading water off a win one lose one scheme over their last eight games. The Flyers have won four straight games off a loss where they have allowed a total of seven goals, and have done a good job this season avoiding losing streaks. Flyers are 14-12 with revenge for a home loss. I like Philadelphia in this one.
