Ottawa at Detroit

There's not much left to play for between Ottawa and Detroit as they meet in Detroit tonight. It kind of has the look of a game that will be lacking enthusiasm and played quickly. The Senators have been somewhat of an outlier in recent games as they have gone against the high-scoring narrative of the new high-scoring NHL with just two of their last seven games exceeding the posted total. The Senator's offense has been flat as they have produced a paltry two goals a contest over the seven games, and five of those did not top the six-goal total offered tonight.
