New York at Winnipeg

The New York Rangers have opened the season at 2-0 while the Winnipeg Jets will be playing their season opener. One would think the 2-0 team would have a big edge here but that has not been the case. An NHL 2-0 team playing as a road dog has a -9.4% ROI. The Jets had a losing record last season, but at home, they were a much better team that finished over .500. The Rangers were sizzling in the playoffs and at the end of the regular season at home finishing their last 9 games at 8-1. The road however was completely different where they finished 2-8 in their last 10. They played a road game last night which they won, but this one comes with no rest. I like Winnipeg in this one.
