The Rangers and the Capitals will play a game seven for the second consecutive season against one another. The Rangers won a decisive seventh game last season in round two, and will look to do the same again in round one this season. The Rangers, despite going just 2-26 on the power play this series and having their regular season leader in goals scored, Rick Nash, producing just one assist, have managed to play to a 3-3 tie in the series. And I think the Rangers simply have a much greater upside coming into game seven. This will be the third game in four days for both squads, and New York has shined, having gone 21-9 in their last 30, in this spot; as well as having now gone 16-5 facing an opponent that scored two or less in their last game. Go with New York in game seven.
