The Islanders have just seven road wins on the season, but things have really changed for this club. After finding it almost impossible to win on the road early, the Islanders have come on strong winning five of their last nine on the road. The Thrashers have limped to the break offensively where their struggles show them scoring just 12 goals in their last seven, or just 1.8 per contest. That puts them in dangerous territory as a big chalk here vs. a road-confident Islanders team. The Thrashers have dropped their last six as home chalk, and are just 2-7 in their last nine overall.
