New York at Anaheim

After a strong start, the New York Islanders have lost three straight games, the last two coming on the road. Let's not forget that this team started the season at 3-1 on the road, and are still over .500 despite the three losses. They will head to Anaheim to take on the 10-3 Ducks who have played well out of the gate. The Ducks ran off seven wins in a row, but have since been a bit more average to go 3-2 over their last five games. The defense has been superb, and it is a good thing. Anaheim has generated little in the way of offense, scoring just 7 goals over their last five games, and in none of them have they topped the 2-goal mark. That poises the Islanders to be looking very good on the plus side of the puckline for this one as the Ducks simply have not generated anything, or certainly enough to take on the puckline in this one.
